Sokolova Vera Vladimirovna

Russian film producer, director, screenwriter. Member of the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation. The filmography includes more than 20 documentaries and feature films. In 2008-2012, she held the position of Vice–President of the Screenwriters Guild of the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation, the cinema club "Cinema Cabaret "Brother Lumiere".
She grew up in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur. At the age of 18, she moved to Moscow.
She started working in cinematography in 1999.
In 2008, she became Vice-president of the Screenwriters Guild of the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation.
Vera Vladimirovna is a film director of the Excellent Cinema Film Company LLC.

In September 2021, the film was presented at the Kazan International Film Festival of Muslim Cinema in the program "Special event of the festival".
In December 2021, the film won the Golden Tower International Film Festival in the nomination "For Honor and Dignity".
