Sergei Alexandrovich Iarutin

General Director of the Association of Import-Substituting Enterprises
First Vice-President of the Society of Merchants and Industrialists
Born on July 09, 1982 in Volgograd, in a family of radio engineering industry workers from the Sverdlovsk region. After a while, the family returned to Sverdlovsk. During his studies at school, he developed hobbies in the field of sports disciplines sambo and karate "Kyokushin". In the mid-1990s, a passion for IT technologies was added, which resulted in the first additional education.

His career began in 1998 as a dispatcher of the State Unitary Enterprise Garant-TV. In the 2000s, he worked at the headquarters of deputies at the regional level as a lawyer. Until 2011, he held various senior positions both in the field of entrepreneurship and in the field of public activity. While studying at the Ural Academy of Public Administration, he was interested in such additional social disciplines as sociology and political science.

From 2011 to 2017, he was Chairman of the Committee of the Sverdlovsk Regional branch of the PATRIOTS OF RUSSIA political party

From 2012 to 2018, he headed the Kyokushin-kan (karate) SOFSOO, was responsible for the development of the sports discipline of martial arts, and paid special attention to the children's direction in sports.

In 2013, he was at the origins of the creation of the federal "All-Russia People's Front" and the Sverdlovsk regional branch of the organization.

In 2018, while working on a monograph on the socio-cultural analysis of power, I came to the following conclusion: an analytical approach to this aspect is impossible without taking into account global international experience. So, since 2015, the world has moved towards the implementation of the idea of "Sustainable Development", which was reflected in the UN program for 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and 169 targets. The Russian Federation is a full participant in this direction. In order to study in more detail and gain relevant experience, Sergei Iarutin joined the supervisory board under the Governor of Sevastopol in 2019 for the reconstruction of Bolshaya Morskaya Street, as a significant place of cultural and historical significance for the entire city.

Since 2019, Sergei Iarutin has been cooperating in the field of economic cooperation and the development of sustainable development programs with the countries of the African continent, the Middle East, ASEAN, as well as with India and Serbia.

The events of 2022 demonstrated the need to support the native country, so the Association of Import-Substituting Enterprises appeared, where Sergei Iarutin became CEO.

Taking into account the need for international cooperation in the field of business and social construction, the Association necessarily takes into account the need to achieve the 17 SDGs as an important element of the unified standard adopted by the UN and BRICS countries, of which the Russian Federation is a member.
