He has 30 years of experience in managing engineering companies (from 10 to 4,500 people),
project management (more than 100), contract administration, organization of design, production and construction planning, research and implementation of new technologies.
For 19 years, he headed Hatch in Russia and the CIS. Hatch is the largest international engineering company founded in 1955 in Canada. Hatch provides consulting, engineering, technology, information systems and project and construction management services in the mining, metallurgical, energy and infrastructure sectors. Today, these are 16 thousand specialists, 65 offices in different countries of the world, the total cost of programs and projects exceeds 50 billion dollars. www.hatch.ca
He has established good business relations with numerous companies, design institutes, banks, government organizations such as the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Presidential Administration, Gazprom, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Vnesheconombank, Gazprombank, Rostechnologies, United Shipbuilding Corporation, Norilsk Nickel, Rosatom, Alrosa, PolusZoloto, Metalloinvest Mining and Metallurgical Holding, Rusal, Renova, Uralmash, Siemens, Lobaev Arms, NST Group of Companies, Yakutsky Cheleznye do ogi JSC, etc.

Before becoming a part of Hatch, ICF/EKO, under his leadership, successfully completed more than 50 projects for the Russian Government (environmental expertise of the ZGV, Germany), the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Gazprom, ZIL, etc.
As Vice President of Alfa-Bank, he headed the Department of Key Clients.
