The firm is assisting Corporates & SMEs in Growth, Investments, Cross border collaborations (BRICS+ nations including Russia, Vietnam, Philippines, Brazil, Singapore, Middle east, African countries etc.), Green and Brown field projects, Market entry and handholding. Also, the firm is advising funds, Institutional Investors in investment Deals from end-to-end activities like scouting, Diligence, negotiations, agreements, till closures and also in Exits. Ankur Goel has also represented Skwerup Capital Partners and India on Forums like BRICS+ (2023, 2024), SPIEF 2024 and spoken on topics like India-Russia relations and ways to penetrate BRICS+ countries seamlessly by SMEs, Opportunities in Technologies and Innovations, Real challenges in dealing in BRICS+ Nations and how to untapped shadow opportunities etc.
Under his leadership, Skwerup Capital Partners have assisted over 15 successful Exits to Investors (some deal involves the Founders of Unicorn Companies of India like Cars24, Bikaji group). He has dealt with all major law firms of India in different deals (Investments or Exits)
Previously, he led a niche State Government program (in State of Rajasthan, India) under PPP model, where he advised over 200 Companies involving innovations in making their business and investment foundation & growth plans stronger. he also contributed in building the state ecosystem by building the robust relationships with Companies, SMEs, Startups, Investors, Incubators & other key stakeholders in the ecosystem.
He has also served Venture Capital (VC) firm and have successfully managed investments up to Pre-Series A in companies like logistics, Food & Beverages, Digital Marketing etc. Ankur Goel has served as Investment director on the board of few of such companies which has become Unicorn too.
He has assisted MNCs (like in Healthcare & Infra) in Strategy & financial controlling aspects. He further assisted a leading Investment bank as head of Valuation & Advisory vertical and assisted, independently, over 150 Small and Medium Size companies (SMEs) in business and transaction advisory including valuation services
He has hands on experience in dealing in matters involving Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) Matters, Corporate Finance deals & Pre-IPO advisory for a government undertaking. He is professionally a Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary.
Today, despite of leading Skwerup Capital Partners (international relations, Cross border transactions, advisory, investments etc.), Ankur Goel has been invited as Mentor or Advisor on various platforms like FICCI, other institutions like IIT's/IIMs in India (through their E-cells) and other Universities.
